Common questions
Can you work across campuses that were all set up differently? Yes — that is the normal starting point. We document what is actually at each site first, then converge them onto one standard as equipment is replaced, rather than demanding a single expensive cutover.
Do we need our own IT staff? No, though it works well when you have one or two. Most education groups we work with have a small central team who own the relationship and let us carry the engineering and the site visits.
How do we prove maintenance happened for an audit? Every preventive visit produces a checklist, photographs and a signed job sheet, stored and retrievable. That record is usually what an inspection actually asks for.
