Common questions
Does automatic container recognition work in Malaysian conditions? Yes, with the right camera placement and lighting — rain, night operation and dirty containers are design inputs. Our gate architecture reads and verifies ISO 6346 numbers before the barrier lifts.
Can it connect to our existing WMS or ERP? That is the point of it. We build the integration; we also build our own ERP, so a gate event landing in a business system is familiar work rather than an experiment.
What if a container number cannot be read? It falls back to the clerk rather than blocking the lane — automation should remove the routine cases and escalate the exceptions, not stop the yard when it is unsure.
