What we host
Business email
Mailboxes on your own domain, with the spam filtering, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and device setup done properly — the three records that decide whether your quotations land in the inbox or the junk folder.
Microsoft 365 mailboxes
Where you want Outlook, Teams and OneDrive rather than plain mail. We licence, provision and migrate — and we already run M365 licence renewals for clients who buy nothing else from us.
Website hosting
Hosting for the corporate site we build, or the one you already have. Domain, DNS, certificates and renewals tracked in the same system that tracks your licences — so nothing lapses quietly.
The part that goes wrong
- Migration day. Moving mail is where businesses lose years of history. We move mailboxes with the old system still running, verify the new one, and only then cut the MX record over.
- Deliverability. If SPF, DKIM and DMARC are wrong, your mail is filtered by the recipient and nobody tells you. We set them and check them.
- The leaver. Someone resigns and their mailbox is either deleted too early or left open for years. Both are a problem; we handle the handover properly.
- Backup. A hosted mailbox is not a backup — it is one accidental deletion away from gone. We fold it into the same 3-2-1 backup architecture as your file server.
When you do not need us
If you have five mailboxes, no website, and your current provider answers the phone — stay where you are. Hosting is worth moving when it is tied to the rest of your IT: identity, backup, licences and the people who fix them. That is the only reason to consolidate it with us.

Can you move our email without downtime? Yes. Mailboxes are copied while the old system still receives, so nothing is missed; the DNS cutover happens once the new mailboxes are verified. Old mail, folders and calendars come across.
Do we have to buy hosting to get Microsoft 365 from you? No. We supply and renew M365 licences on their own — plenty of clients take licences and nothing else.
Do you host the website you build for us? If you want us to. If you would rather host elsewhere, we hand over the site and the DNS without argument.
Who owns the domain? You do, always. It is registered in your company's name, and we will show you where the registrar login lives.
