Your Microsoft 365, licensed and looked after — one price per person, per month.
Most companies buy M365 licences and stop there. Nobody owns the tenant, so mailboxes of people who left keep billing, MFA never gets finished, and the first anyone looks at the admin centre is the day something breaks. We supply the licences and run the tenant — on one invoice with the rest of your IT.
Business Basic, Standard and Premium · Malaysian support hours · your tenant stays yours
What a seat really costs
| The Microsoft licence | the part you already pay |
| Someone to run the tenant | usually nobody |
| Leavers still licensed | silent cost |
| With Ryzen | one line, per seat |
Quoted per seat and per plan once we know your headcount — see the form below.
Still on the email that came free with your website?
Most Malaysian SMEs we take over were on cPanel mail from their web host. It works right up until it doesn't — and it fails in two ways that have nothing to do with you.
You share a reputation with strangers
On shared hosting your mail leaves from the same IP as every other site on that server. When one of them sends bulk promos, the blocklists don't know which of you did it — so your quotation lands in Junk and nobody tells you.
One account holds both
The website and the mailboxes are the same hosting account. An expired card, a suspended plan or a hacked site takes your email with it — usually on the day you need to send an invoice.
Nothing to fall back on
No MFA, a mail quota measured in hundreds of megabytes, and POP that pulls everything onto one PC. When that laptop dies, so does the mail history.
Already on Microsoft 365 and only need the licences? That is the licence and renewal page.
A licence is not a service
Three plans, one service wrapped around them
Which Microsoft plan you need is a separate question from who runs it. Pick the plan; the management is the same work either way.
| Per user, per month | Business Basic | Business Standard | Business Premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Frontline and shared staff who mostly need mail | Office staff who need the desktop apps | Anyone handling money, client data or admin rights |
| Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Desktop Office apps (installed) | Web only | ✓ | ✓ |
| Device management (Intune) | — | — | ✓ |
| Advanced threat protection | — | — | ✓ |
Plan capabilities are Microsoft's published tiers. Your price depends on headcount and plan mix, so it is quoted rather than listed — and the quote names the seats we think you can drop.
