Hosted business email
Mailboxes on your domain with webmail, phone and Outlook access. The simplest choice when your team mainly needs email — reliable and low-maintenance, with spam filtering included.
Best for: small teams who need email, not a whole office suite.
Microsoft 365
Exchange mailboxes with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and the Office apps. We licence, provision and migrate — and manage Microsoft 365 licence renewals, or run the whole tenant under a managed contract.
Best for: teams that live in Outlook and Teams and share files daily.
Synology MailPlus (private email)

Best for: firms that need data kept in-house, or many mailboxes without per-user fees.
What is included
- Your own domain. Registered in your company's name, never ours. We show you where the registrar login lives.
- Deliverability set up properly. SPF, DKIM and DMARC records configured and checked — the three records that decide whether your mail is trusted or filtered.
- Migration with no lost mail. Old mail, folders, contacts and calendars copied across while the old system keeps running.
- Every device set up. Outlook, phones and webmail, including the shared mailboxes like sales@ and accounts@.
- Joiners and leavers handled. New staff are set up when they join; leavers' mail is kept and handed over instead of deleted.
- Backed up. A hosted mailbox is not a backup. We include email in the same 3-2-1 backup as your files.
How moving your email works
- Check what you have. Who hosts your mail today, how many mailboxes, how much history, and who controls the domain.
- Set up the new mailboxes alongside the old ones — nothing changes for your staff yet.
- Copy the mail across while the old system still receives, then verify every mailbox.
- Switch the MX record once the new side is proven, usually outside office hours.
- Set up devices and check deliverability, then keep the old system readable for a while in case anything was missed.
Common questions
Which email hosting is best for a small business in Malaysia?
For a team that mainly needs email, hosted business email is the simplest and cheapest to run. If your team works in Outlook, Teams and shared files every day, Microsoft 365 is worth the higher per-user cost. If mail must stay on your own premises, Synology MailPlus on a NAS you own is the private option.
Can you move our email without downtime or losing old mail?
Yes. Mailboxes are copied while the old system still receives, so nothing is missed, and the MX record only changes once the new mailboxes are verified. Old mail, folders and calendars come across.
Why are our emails going to customers' spam folders?
Usually because SPF, DKIM or DMARC are missing or wrong, so receiving servers cannot confirm the mail is really from you. We check and fix all three as part of every setup.
Do we have to buy web hosting to get email hosting from you?

Is Microsoft 365 email hosting?
Yes — Microsoft 365 includes Exchange Online mailboxes on your domain, plus the Office apps, Teams and OneDrive. We supply the licences, set up the domain and migrate your existing mail.
Who owns the domain and the mail?
You do, always. The domain is registered in your company's name and the mailboxes and their contents are yours; if you ever leave us we hand everything over.
