Full managed IT for D Swim Academy — HQ to branch, one accountable team

The challenge

A growing swim academy operating from the National Aquatic Centre with branch academies to connect — and no in-house IT. Front desks, coaches' systems, member check-in, cameras around wet areas and reception: all of it needed to work every operating day, at every location, without hiring an IT department.

The solution

Ryzen runs DSA's IT end to end: consultation and design first, then supply and build — server, managed switches, WiFi coverage, CCTV, door access and a FortiGate firewall with annual unified threat protection — with branch sites linked to HQ over site-to-site VPN so every academy operates on one secure network.

Implementation

Designed and commissioned per site, supplied through PrinterBullet, then moved onto our service platform: an annual IT support subscription with preventive-maintenance visits scheduled and job-sheeted in the ERP, and security-license renewals tracked so protection never lapses.

The outcome

DSA staff run swim classes, not IT. All 11 branches run on one secure network with HQ; the data platform Ryzen designed — a dual-controller Synology UC3200 high-availability cluster with a full 3-2-1 backup chain (RS3618xs, RS1219+, RS422+), MailPlus private mail and Directory Server — was featured by Synology as an official case study, with deduplication saving 69.5% of backup storage (7.3 TB).
