TP-Link Omada WiFi for offices, installed and looked after.
Ryzen ESolutions designs, installs and supports TP-Link Omada WiFi networks for Malaysian businesses: business-grade access points, switches and gateways managed from one Omada controller — the right fit for offices that need proper WiFi at an SME budget.
What we engineer on TP-Link Omada
Survey, design & installation
Access points placed from a site survey, not guesswork — then installed, configured and surveyed again so you get the heat-map.
The capability →Omada controller setup
One controller — hardware (OC200/OC300), software or Omada cloud — for every access point, switch and gateway, with firmware, alerts and reporting in one place.
The capability →Guest WiFi & separate networks
Staff, guest, CCTV and door-access traffic on their own SSIDs and VLANs, with a guest portal where you need one.
The capability →Looked after afterwards
Firmware kept current, access-point health watched and changes made for you under a managed contract.
The capability →Business WiFi without the enterprise price
Consumer mesh kits and ISP routers are built for homes: they struggle once twenty people, phones and laptops arrive at once, and every unit is managed separately. Enterprise brands solve that, at a price most SME offices cannot justify.
Omada sits in between. The access points are business-grade, roaming between them is managed, and every device — access points, switches and the gateway — is configured from one controller. That is what lets us run an office network properly without an enterprise budget. For larger estates we also deploy Ruijie and Aruba; see office WiFi installation.
Common questions
What is TP-Link Omada?
Omada is TP-Link's business networking range: access points, switches and gateways managed together from one Omada controller, either on a small hardware box, as software, or from the Omada cloud.
Is Omada good enough for an office?
For most SME offices, yes. It handles the client density and roaming that consumer routers cannot. Very large or high-density sites may suit Ruijie or Aruba better, and we will say so after the survey.
Do I need an Omada controller?
For more than a couple of access points, yes — it is what makes roaming, guest WiFi and firmware updates manageable. A hardware controller (OC200 or OC300) is the usual choice; the Omada cloud works where you do not want a box on site.
How many access points does my office need?
It depends on walls, floors and how many devices connect at once, not just floor area. We find out with a survey; it often turns out fewer, better-placed access points beat more of them.
Can you take over an existing Omada network?
Yes. We review the controller, firmware and configuration, fix what is wrong and can support it from then on.
Where do I buy Omada equipment?
Through PrinterBullet, our product platform, quoted line by line once the survey has decided what you need.
TP-Link Omada is just one of the things we do.
Most clients only find out when we tell them: the same team designs, supplies and maintains everything on this list — under one contract, one invoice.
The full A to Z
And we supply the hardware too — A to Z. PCs, laptops, servers, printers, network gear, CCTV, firewalls, licences: 7,000+ products with itemised quotations in one working day, on our own platform.

Omada is easy to buy and easy to plug in, which is why so many Omada networks run on defaults with access points in the wrong places. Our work is the part around the hardware: a survey before anything is bought, placement and roaming tuned to your devices, separate networks for staff and guests, and firmware and health watched afterwards.
